This predicament is a dangerous cycle - when they fail to find what they’re looking for, consistency dwindles, goals drift further away…and renewals become fewer as more people abandon hope. We needed an innovative solution to break this unwanted habit of over-browsing with no result finally.
It’s a race against the clock - can we get more users off to a running start? Let’s see if we can power up the user experience! We analyzed our success in terms of multiple factors, but two key areas stood out: trimming down the time it takes for people to find their perfect workout and encouraging members to tap the start button.
After deep diving into the content discovery experience, we identified what users were doing and where they needed help. We found that 65% of them made it to the conversion point from their dashboard - but unfortunately, 12% dropped off along the way. With creative data analysis, we dug deeper and discovered an additional 33% who converted elsewhere!
We dove deep into the data and found that an incredible 80% of all workouts were initiated from our unique ‘paramount card.’ This prompted us to recommend improving what was already working, expanding on this concept, and suggesting tailored workout content for each user based on their preferences. To ensure we had covered all our bases before moving forward with these changes, we put together a comprehensive competitive analysis - just one more step toward helping users achieve their goals!
